Nitro7's Nitrogen-Infused Cold Brew Coffee
I'm honestly not a coffee person, but there's something with Nitro7 that tells me "Hey there, it's okay for you to give me a try". Perhaps it's all because of the words "low acidity" that got my attention. I usually don't enjoy coffee because of the tingling sensation I get in my stomach, so I assume that's acidity. I wasn't sure, but I still gave it a try.
About Nitro7
All I know (from the posters and writings on the cart) is that Nitro7 uses nitrogen to come up with their cold brew. This defnitely where "Nitro" from "Nitro7" came from. This process is known to further lower the acidity level of the coffee which makes it friendlier for consumption. Just in case, you really can't have coffee, or does not have a personal liking to it, Nitro7 also serves up milk tea.
The Irish Creme Breve (P135) has this fantastic smoothness that combines well with the sweetness of the creme. Each sip is definitely endorphin-inducing! The coffee infused indeed has less bitterness that made it more suiting for me.
Before, Nitro7 here in Greenbelt is merely a stall where you have no choice but have the coffee on the go, but during this visit, I was surprised to see two small coffee table. Now, they can accommodate those who would like to just relax and enjoy a cup of iced coffee -- just what I did. Impressive!
