Sunnies Cafe's All Day Brunch in Bonifacio High Street

Sunnies Cafe's All Day Brunch in Bonifacio High Street

Here's another blog post from my BGC explorations. It's nothing but this bright and sunny place that serves all-day breakfast -- Sunnies Cafe in Bonifacio High Street.

Sunnies Cafe in Bonifacio High Street

Bright and sunny ambiance
The interior of Sunnies Cafe has this very inviting feel that even just by walking in front, you'll get to feel the optimism of the place. Now, when you walk in, you will catch this overwhelming "sunshine" that just allows you to appreciate things. It's like giving you a dose of positivism.

All-day brunch in Sunnies Cafe
In line with bright atmosphere, Sunnies Cafe specializes with dishes associated with "Sunny" -- breakfast! Currently, the menu is lean with 4-6 options for each of the categories namely appetizer, salad, pasta, main dishes and desserts. Check out the dishes we had for lunch!

Salmon Poke Quinoa of Sunnies Cafe, BGC

The Salmon Poke Quinoa (P270) was totally refreshing with its light sweet and sour taste. It also got this balanced set of flavors pioneered by the fresh salmon goodness.

Steak Lime of Sunnies Cafe, BGC

The Steak Lime (P270) was supposedly "just okay" with its strong citrus sourness (with slight bitterness), but it was made more incredible with the steak portions included.

Truffle Taters of Sunnies Cafe

The Truffle Taters (P190) was amazing with its crisp exterior and distinct truffle taste, although this may be considered as expensive for the dish.

Skinny Fries of Sunnies Cafe

The Skinny Fries (P190) was "meh". The taste was quite ordinary, and it felt like it was one of the dishes usually given for free. Apologies for Sunnies Cafe, but this is how we felt. Maybe some revamp?

Milkshake of Sunnies Cafe

The milkshakes here in Sunnies Cafe are something you may want to order! We got to try the Cookies and Cream and Salted Caramel and both were fantastic! Thick and creamy -- a pure bliss!

White Truffle Cream of Sunnies Cafe

The White Truffle Cream (P340) had this rich truffle taste but might have lacked the creaminess to make the flavor linger more on the buds. With this, we all agreed that we like the truffle pasta of Dillingers (read more) better.

Mr. Bolognese of Sunnies Cafe

The Mr. Bolognese (P260) was highly appealing with its meaty sauce. It's truly a comfort food for pasta lovers!

Chicken and Pancake of Sunnies Cafe

The Chicken and Pancake (P260) had this adorable plating that will surely light you up. The taste may be familiar, but it was comfortingly familiar.

Black Squid Ink Lasagna of Sunnies Cafe

The Black Squid Ink Lasagna (P360) was truly a wonderful creation with its rich and distinct goodness. Your palate will be in for a treat with this amazing pasta! It may be a bit expensive considering the small serving, but it was totally worth it.

Sunnies Cafe is one of the all-day breakfast restaurants with astoundingly optimistic ambiance. Just being there allows you to distance yourself from all the stress of this world. Service was also notably warm, which made the experience extremely delightful. The dishes were generally awesome, and the shakes are something to look forward to. Two-thumbs up!
