SHMALLOWS' Melted Marshmallow Spread
This is one of the 21 food businesses that participated in the Foodgasm III - Triple the Flavor!
One of the eye-catchers during the 3rd Annual Foodgasm event of UP Economics Society was this booth called Shmallows offering tantalizing goodies in a cute paper cup.
I got really curious because it was an uncommon (or perhaps rare) spread that you won't easily find elsewhere.
This one is locally made, so that's a good one! It always feels good buying our own products, doesn't it? Anyway, if the thought of campfire-roasted mallows delights you, then you may want to grab one of these!
Note: The Shmallows do not sell the wafers or cookies, these were just included to demonstrate how you can enjoy the spread.
Going down to the specifics, I consider this spread unique as a whole, but not to the taste, since it tasted like your ordinary marshmallow. There was a point that I thought what I was eating were bubbles, but the taste suddenly developed into more like the white of a Dulce de Leche. Also, what I found good about this was the not too overwhelming sweetness.
Although Shmallows is a spread, I can't imagine myself right now spreading this onto a bread, and eating it. However, if I'm into baking, I may consider getting one of these to pair it up with some cupcakes or cakes. How about you? What do you think of this spread?

how much per bottle of the shmallows spread?
