The Sushi and Sashimi
Now, let's head to one of my favorite corners in every buffet - The Sushi and Sashimi Section.
Sushi and Sashimi Collection of the The Buffet International Cuisine |
Grilled Salmon Maki || Kani Ten Maki || Futo Maki
The available sushi were as follows: Las Vegas Maki, Grilled Salmon Maki, California Maki, Ebi Ten Maki, Kani Ten Maki, Katsuo Maki, Spicy Crab Maki, Green California Maki and Futo Maki
For the sashimi, they have only the Maguro or Tuna Sashimi, Ika (Squid) Aburi Sashimi and some other ones I forgot to list down. Sadly, they weren't serving any Salmon which is my ultimate favorite when it comes to sashimi. However, I didn't dwell on this anymore because the tuna was really good because of its freshness!

Now, I know I may have misplaced the Baked Oyster in this category, but I don't know where I should be putting this. Anyway, I really love oyster so much that I got extremely happy to see some here!

Cooked Dishes
There are some other usual dishes you may try featuring multiple cuisines such as Chinese, Filipino, Singaporean and a few Korean.
Kare-Kare Oxtripe || Seafood Hotpot || Tang Soo Yuk (Sweet and Sour Pork)
Bakme Goreng || Bopis
The Chinese Selection
The Chinese Cuisine starts with the Noodles & Dimsum! |

Steamed Siomai || Quail Egg Siomai || Chicken Feet
As a Filipino-Chinese foodie, I can say that I was able to enjoy the dimsum! Unfortunately, The Buffet isn't serving Shrimp Hakaw anymore, but that was just fine because I enjoyed the other ones available.
In case you want something else, you may want to go for some Mongolian rice dishes! You can choose from ready-to-be-made ones, but you can also choose your own ingredients.

Grilling, Teppanyaki and Yakiniku
One of the numerous reasons why you should try eating here in The Buffet is the Yakiniku & Teppanyaki station!

What I particularly enjoyed were the Beef Teriyaki, Chicken Teriyaki, Squid Ballpen BBQ and this one:

Oh, by the way, pizza is also available here in The Buffet, albeit only 1 type each refill.

Shabu-Shabu
Here's something new for a Buffet restaurant -Shabu-Shabu! Name another restaurant that offers shabu-shabu in its buffet collection. Personally, I can't think of anything else.

At last, we are already here in the last part! It was pretty much exhausting, right? This just means that there are a lot of things you can find here in The Buffet International Cuisine.

Here's most (but not all) the desserts available here in the The Buffet:
The good thing about these is that they do not outsource the desserts, and instead bake them in-house! In this way, we are guaranteed of freshness!
Now, if you still want to craft something until the end, go to the Halo-halo station to create your ultimate shaved-ice dessert!
